We have specially designed PET-dedicated screws to ensure higher plasticization efficiency under PET's unique process conditions. Additionally, employing a unique hydraulic system design combined with a closed-loop variable pump and accumulator, control becomes more convenient and responsive. We integrate the drying system with the injection molding machine's control system, offering enhanced operational convenience and management. The clamping unit features a five-point tilt hinge design optimized by South China University of Technology, exhibiting outstanding motion and mechanical characteristics. With a mold open/close cycle time of only 1.8 seconds, we guarantee uniform template stress distribution and exceptional low-pressure protection performance. Furthermore, we also provide an alternative option, a direct-pressure design featuring a new large-sized oil cylinder for high-pressure mold clamping, enabling extensive mold opening strokes and a spacious four-column space, thereby assisting customers in achieving higher production capacity. For efficient removal of preforms, we have specially designed high-performance four-station robotic arms equipped with a cooling system to ensure stress-free cooling of preforms.
